I'm Kate Babineau, PhD — a researcher and strategist based in New Orleans. I've spent 20+ years working with data across education and workforce systems, from K-12 classrooms to postsecondary institutions to regional labor markets. My work sits at the intersection of data, design, and the democratization of information. I design studies, build measurement frameworks, and translate findings into tools and formats that people can use.
